Randy Shacka – President
Randy got his start at the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK corporate office in 2002 as an intern in the marketing department while finishing his degree in engineering at Michigan State University. Over the years Randy has had vast experience in running a franchise location, and in several roles at the corporate office including franchise development specialist, director of operations, chief development officer, and chief operating officer. Randy took over the reins as president in August 2012. Building upon that legacy of operational experience in the moving industry, Randy serves as the President of TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK. Under his leadership, this venture provides franchisees with a streamlined, scalable business model that benefits from the same trusted operational standards and proven support systems that have made the moving brand an industry leader.
Jason Galey - Senior Brand Director
Jason joined TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK at its launch in September 2023 as Sr. Brand Director. With an engineering degree from Lawrence Technological University and a background spanning engineering, sales, operations, and business development, he brings a results-driven approach to building scalable systems.
Jason is focused on driving brand growth, strengthening franchise performance, and establishing a differentiated position in the junk removal industry.
