Every community has one event people look forward to all year. For Waunakee, I would say that's WaunaBoom.

It's one of those events where you can show up, walk around for a couple hours, grab some food, listen to some music, and just enjoy being outside with family and friends. That's what makes WaunaBoom so much fun.

We were excited to be one of this year's sponsors and play a small part in helping make the event possible.

One thing I've noticed since starting at TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK is that we're involved in a lot more than just moving and junk removal. Throughout the year, we get the chance to support different events and organizations in the communities we serve, and I think that's one of the coolest parts of the job.

Events like WaunaBoom don't come together overnight. There's a lot of planning and a lot of people involved long before the event even starts. Being one of this year's sponsors gave us the opportunity to support something that's become such a big tradition in the Waunakee community.

The more I investigated WaunaBoom, the more I understood why so many people make it part of their Fourth of July traditions every year. Whether someone was there for the food, the live music, the family activities, or just to hang out until the fireworks started, there was always something going on.

One thing I really like about events like this is that they bring together a little bit of everything. You've got local businesses, volunteers, families, and organizations all working together to make it happen. I think that's cool, and I'm glad TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK had the chance to be involved this year.

After the event, the WaunaBoom Committee shared that this year's celebration was their biggest one yet and thanked all of the volunteers, sponsors, and community members who helped make it happen. It's always nice to hear things like that because it shows how much support this event continues to receive from the community year after year.

A big thank you to everyone who organized WaunaBoom and to everyone who came out to celebrate. We appreciate the opportunity to be involved and are already looking forward to seeing what next year's event has in store.
