Hi, we are Stephen and Matthew Westerman—twin brothers and owners of TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. We like to refer to ourselves as the “Junk Twins.” As twin brothers, we’ve worked side-by-side literally since birth. We went to college together, earned the same degrees, and after graduating, we both went to work for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® moving. Over time, we each became general managers and spent about three years in that role.
But beyond work, we’ve always been best friends—and our dream was always to own a business together. In 2014, we decided to make that dream a reality and purchased our first business, Bathcrest of Northwest Florida. After running it for over a decade, we felt it was time to build something new together again. With so many great memories from our time at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, we jumped at the opportunity to own our own TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK franchise.
We officially launched in early 2026—and we’re just getting started.

So when it comes to junk removal, hauling, or even light demolition, you can trust that we have the experience and knowledge to get the job done right—especially when it comes to difficult or heavy items.
Our Junk Removal Process
We make the junk removal process simple. It starts with either a quick phone call or text—or you can book entirely online through our website. We’ll work with your schedule to find a time that fits. On the day of service, our crew will show up and greet you with a warm welcome—often even offering a cold drink while you walk us through what needs to be removed. Once we see the items, we’ll provide you with a clear price. If everything looks good, we get to work right away. We’ll quickly and carefully remove your items, and when we’re done, we’ll leave the space clean—including a final sweep.

At TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK, we believe in being part of our community through service. Matthew is a licensed foster parent and is actively involved in supporting foster families in the area. We also partner with local donation centers to give usable items a second life—keeping them out of the landfill and putting them into the hands of people who need them.
