TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® is hiring junk removal helpers. 
  • The Junk Specialist is responsible for assisting the junk driver in removing and disposing of unwanted goods from customers’ homes and businesses.
  • No previous experience necessary – we will train you!

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Safely remove any unwanted items from the customers home or business by utilizing all of the proper hauling equipment and techniques and following the necessary prescribed policies
  • Assist with all haul-a-way / Junk removal related paperwork and responsible for making sure paperwork and revenues collected are properly dropped in safe at the end of the work day
  • Organize and secure junk equipment; ensure everything is maintained in a clean, safe and professional manner
  • Conduct pre / post trip haul-a-way / junk removal equipment inventory
  • Must be in a clean, approved TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® uniform at all times without exception
  • Maintain a positive image of TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® by ensuring proper hygiene
REQUIREMENTS
  • A high-school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 18 years or older
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Able to be a team player and must be able to listen and communicate in an effective, helpful and friendly manner with co-workers, customers and management
  • Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.
  • Good hand-eye coordination
